The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a garden view. The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of light meals and includes a refrigerator, cooking hobs, a small oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchen utensils. The apartment is heated by a 12,000 BTU air-conditioning unit. The amenities provided at no additional charge include parking, Wi-Fi 40 Mbps, domestic-use water, hot water, satellite channels, and blankets. Clean bed linen is provided once a week, and clean kitchen, bath, and face towels are provided twice a week. In addition, the apartment is cleaned once a week, and one free use of the washing machine is included weekly. Each additional washing machine use is charged at €5.
