The building consists of only three apartments and stands on its own plot surrounded by greenery. This apartment occupies the entire floor. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, cookware and everything needed for everyday living. It opens directly onto a terrace with BBQ facilities. The living room includes two sofas, a TV and a dining table. There are three bedrooms: - The main bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV. - The second bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. - The third bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Each room has access to a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
