This corner property is located in the Ambelokipoi area in the center of Athens closeby Panormou metro station. It has just been fully renovated and presents a modern lay-out. Its living area stands next to the open kitchen that unfolds around an "island" central table. Thanks to the many balcony doors much natural light illuminates the common space and its beautiful original wooden floors. The two good-size bedrooms also enjoy a large access to the balcony and each one has extended wardrobes (one is a walking closet). A third smaller room, for various uses (office, additional shelving, storage, etc.) stands next to the bathroom with a shower tub. Ultimately a large entrance with one more wardrobe connects the reception area with the more private spaces. The property energy efficiency has been upgraded dramatically thanks notably to the double-glazed windows. Large new awnings on both sides help taming the natural light. Brand new climatisation units have been set in every room. Alarm system and solar boiler have just been installed.
