This fully equipped office space is idealy located next to Kolonaki Square and only two blocks from Syntagma Square. It is brand new and has just been redesigned by a talented and much inspired architect. It presents a succession of three rooms along the veranda in front of the building, study, meeting and a reception that interconnect and can isolate easily as well. On the other side a guests' WC, a kitchen (plus laundry corner), a full bathroom and ultimately a 4th study/archive room complete the excessively functional lay-out. Original lightnings have been installed and fitted in each room, though they all benefit from natural brightness. The many windows ensure the space being sufficiently cross-ventilated. At night a stunning view from the large veranda to the Acropolis and Lycavettus shall turn this sophisticated working space into a rare after work delight.
