Διαμέρισμα, 121τ. μ.

This 120 m2 4th floor penthouse is topping an impressive 1938 building in Athens. It is located at the western end of Kolonaki close to the Law University. It is cross-ventilated and enjoys a nice outside space at the front side. The interior had been partially renovated early in the 2010's changing most of the windows to double-glazed and the renovation of the bathrooms. Two storages spaces are attached to the property and stand on the upper level (roof top) which is connected to the flat through a service metallic staircase leading to the kitchen door. From the common roof-top level the Acropolis view is unobstructed. The building had been until recently mostly used by medical professions. The metro Panepistimiou (line n.2) is very close at about 350m.
