Διαμέρισμα, 150τ. μ.

- From 1/12 Available - This furnished 150m2 corner penthouse flat has been fully redesigned with outstanding taste. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Kolonaki, it is on the 5th floor of a 1940's building. A talented interior designer's creativity was fully unleashed for this project and the result is one of a kind. Inspired by the building's Bauhaus architecture, the flat celebrates the harmony between function and design. Tailor-made built -in furniture adapts to its curved walls and corners with clean lines such as spheres and rectangles. No elaborate decorations but simple geometric shapes in an unusual palette of colours. Honouring the doctrine of Bauhaus' functionality, this property features large and luminuous reception and sitting areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a guest WC as well as a practical pantry/laundry area. The highlight though is the magnificent, playful open kitchen, a tour de force of craftsmanship, incorporating a hidden air extractor, a wine cooler and unimaginable storage space. Ready to move in, the flat is fully equipped with electrical appliances, tasteful lighting fixtures, air conditioners in each room and autonomous heating. Special mention goes to the high investment in insulation materials and the top quality balcony windows and balcony doors claiming the New European Bauhaus initiative!
