Διαμέρισμα, 35τ. μ.

This charming pied a terre is located next to Mavili Square in the Center of Athens. It has been fully renewed by a designer. Looking onto a luminous and quiet backyard of a 1960's building, this getaway presents a cosy lay-out and comprehensive furnishing. It is completely insulated and independantly climatized (cooling & heating). All the property floor is covered with a layer of bright-grey ciment. In the main room two large wardrobes help keeping the space tidy and the kitchen cabinetry is also thorough. The bathroom is tastefully arranged with beautiful light green italian tiles and vintage lightings. Lights are inserted in the ceiling. An outstanding pied a terre in the center of Athens.
